Earlier that night I saw two women and a man come up the stairs. Fortunately, the women still weren't satisfied...

My guess is that the guy is licking one of the women and using the vibrator on the other but other combinations are possible. The recording is mostly the women but the guy is just about audible at the beginning and towards the end. After they finished and after I stopped the recorder, he could clearly be heard talking.
