As Jo rightly says, well done for pulling. As Yeppie says, the file is pretty good for the compression. My guess is you used a samsung (i have one that sounds and compresses exactly the same). I'm not criticising the content at all man its awesome, but if you happen to have a few spare bucks/quid/biscuits/whatever currency you use there, go pick up an iRiver T30 ... costs the same as most flash players on ebay but the recording from the in built mic is by far the best I've heard yet.
