Here is another one from 'the vault'. From what I can tell the husband has requested Mr. Big to use his wife and 'make her scream'. The wife seems a bit apprehensive due to Mr. Big's size but eventually decides to try it out. Towards the end it seems the wife has handled all she can but sounds like she enjoyed it for the most part.
