Need help cleaning audio file!

Ok, so last night i was caught off guard and heard my new "quiet" neighbor having some fun. This was the loudest shes ever been and i Had to record! Anyway... I listened to it afterwards and could barley hear what i heard in person. Like i said i was caught off guard and had to find the "sweet spot" so theres some noise of me moving recorder, shutting window, walking etc. I tried to those during the silent parts.
So... My question is, who can clean this up for me. Clean out the garbage, maybe some of the white noise/traffic. Theres some good parts in there! The file is about 23 min long, last 3 min is nothing..talking after finishing.
I wont post the file until I can get it cleaned up a bit. If you can do this for me it would be very appreciated.
