1) I love a good prelude.

In many of my USB recordings, I will hear a couple approaching their room - returning to their room from an evening out - where my mic is hidden - the key slipping into the lock - the door shutting, then subdued conversation behind the door. I almost totally agree. The prelude and laughing and what not, and that first sucked in breath or little moan.. I love hearing good oral. But more often than not that is a bit of a let down.

I agree with both of you. I love the build up and some good dirty talk. I really like "clue" sounds that give you an idea of what's going on. A zipper or a belt being opened a giggle. Stuff like that.

Beyond that I really like clear sounds. Clear kissing or oral sounds.

A good recording feels like a story even if there's no dialog. They're really rare though.
