Can anybody translate Italian?

I would appreciate some assistance with Italian translation to understand what's going on here. My imagination says it might be S&M, it might be anal, or perhaps it's a dom/sub relationship? Or maybe something else?

I arrived at a small, family run hotel in the suburbs of Milan yesterday afternoon. The corridor to the rooms was right next to the reception area where the family were having a late (and noisy!) lunch. As I passed the second room along, I heard the sound we all love to hear coming from the room. Due to the situation I couldn’t linger so I quickly dropped a recorder in place and continued on.

As you will hear there is a lot of background noise from the family. As you will also hear though, there was some pretty interesting activity going on in the room.

The couple left the room about an hour later and didn't return yesterday evening, I didn’t see them at all. I suppose they could have rented the room for just a couple of hours, or perhaps she's a professional lady – both things are common here in Italy.

Can anyone provide a translation that might shed some light on these questions?

Wow, as promising as this sounds, I have no idea on whats really going on.

I genuinely hope there is an italian member willing to translate.

The conversation is understandable only partially because of the surrounding noice level and because of the mumbling of the actors. Here my result:
1:00 a venir, si = to come, yes, 1:45 la figa = the pussy, 2:45 ti prego = I beg you, 2:53 no, no = no, no, 3:39 lasciami? = do you allow me?, 4:30/4:39 no basta = no it’s enough, 4:45 te lo metto il gazzo = I insert you the cock, 4:50 fuori = out, 4:49: no perché = no, why?, 5:5=: no vieni anche tu = I want you to come too, 6:18 mamma mia = o my goodness, 6:38 basta = stop it, 6:48 non ce la faccio piú = I can't go on, 7:15 ti faccio caldo (?), ti piace – si si = do I make you hot, do you like it – yes yes, 7:22 vuoi venire = do you want to come, 7:30 si basta = yes, enough, 7:41 vieni dai = come on, come, 7:42 non ce la faccio piú (see above), 3:01 vuoi riposare? = do you want to rest?, 9:08 va bene? = is it ok?, 9:38 porca miseria (?) = damn, 10:12 che c’é? = what is?

I express my great thanks to benjonck.

I still don't know quite what was going on in there, but at least I now know what they (mostly she, I think) were talking about 😻😻😻.
