Ipad play button

On this site are used to be able to play videos or audio I should say. Since I prayed in the iPad now the play button has a line through it. I have research this on the Apple forums and nobody seems to know how to fix it I can play videos from other locations are sites and I can play YouTube videos without an issue. When I try to play the audio files from the site the play button has a line through it

I always listen on my iPod of an evening, when I want to hear a file I press the refresh arrow and then a line comes through my play button too. However this just means it's downloaded and as soon as I press play I can hear it. In fact if I don't get a line, it doesn't work, like some WAV files on iPod. Hope this helps.... Lines are good
