Looking forward to Halloween here, but couldn't wait! So spent the weekend at my favorite downtown place. Very productive but ironically enough while I had great luck on my walkarounds this time, my USB placements didn't produce as much as I hoped; usually it's the other way around.

This time around, Friday night seemed much busier than Saturday. Seemed like everywhere I went as the hour got late couple were just happily humping away all over the hotel. Saturday was good too..I just had to work a bit harder to find them...

Couple A:
No descript. She's a noisy little thing though! Right next door to me. After capturing live and planting a USB, I loved laying back in bed and hearing her through the walls.. nicest lullaby imaginable.

And she was still up for TWO sessions the next morning!

Couple B I lucked out - they were on my same floor and I caught a brief glimpse as they were leaving.

Both early 20's white, medium height. BF had average build, short, dark hair.

Girlfriend was in jeans and hippie type shirt, long but frazzled hair.

In both recordings of the first session (B1) you can clearly hear the girl from Couple A shrieking in the background. Annoying but also kind of cool too

Couple C

No descript here, but she sounds so cute. BF came out to go downstairs for a cigarette. Late 30s, athletic, brown swept back hair and mustache.
Couple D

Again, just was at right place and time when the moans started..

Couple E;
No descript but sounds young - typical of the party crowd here. They were in one of the tub rooms - hit or miss, but they stand a good chance sometimes.

Not a screamer, but man she just couldn't get enough...

And Couple E again in THREE morning sessions! Each one is about an hour apart..

Couple F:
Caught them coming back from a date. He was short with salt and pepper hair; she same height - not fat, but soft featured - and long blond curly hair and definitely with a party girl look. Recording was from afternoon before I had seen them. Followed them up the elevator and they went into the same room I had recorded! Turns out it was his birthday! Sadly, nothing else after the first coupling..

Couple G -

No descript - heard them talking and marked as a question mark on my notes. Wasn't sure if they were in friend zone or a thing. Bit of both. They connected, but then nothing else.
Couple H -

Glad I caught them. Beautiful brunettes. Medium height; mid twenties - white. He's a bit taller. She had a beautiful face and body - in a dress with white blouse. Both looked very happy.

I went by regularly to check and fortunately got this in spite of a few interruptions I edited out. Their room was fairly close to the elevator and on a busy floor. Also the placement prohibits getting a USB in their door frame, so had to use opposing wall under a fire extinguisher box. I have had good luck with this before, but these two though beautifully expressive were quiet - even for my under door Olympus! Going over the USB afterwards, they were just barely detectable..

And lastly, the Gekko 1 arsenal!

Two silver bullets - OK, but with background noise even though they do WAV rather than MP3. Mid priced though and vertical to a chrome strip on wall corners, they virtually disappear!

Down to two blacks - and have to reglue one. Taping and twisting off from walls I am finding does have a wear and tear effect. Two more being shipped from Korea from Amazon order. Third was confiscated. Lesson learned - if guest leaves room service tray outside their room door.. MOVE IT. Employees bending down to retrieve puts the mic into the line of sight more easily.

Down to 4 whites - good for walls especially right next to plug outlooks - they appear to belong! Nice concealment against doorframes (white) - can be seen if you know what you're looking for but since out of line of sight, most never see them. My fifth was also confiscated. Left in place hoping for morning session from Couple C, and when I went downstairs, saw 'wet paint' warnings and the wall where my device was taped was included. Faint hope they had painted around it, but alas, was no longer there. Two more coming in from Amazon.

Business card - yeah, I made some! Only given two out so far. Sometimes you see other people at this. If you grin like it's a joke what's going on they loosen up when they know they're not getting busted. I scan the new member welcome posts sometimes but if they are here, they are probably lurking - which is totally cool. My own first two years here were almost completely anonymous.

GODDAMN! You were busy! How long does it take to sift through recordings like that? It takes me nearly all damn day for an 8 hour recording.

You have a couple G? Holy crap, that's seven captures in one stay, with some being multiple sessions! How on Earth do you manage this, man?
