So WA state is known to be a marijuana / pot / grass / weed / hashish / ganja friendly state (somewhat recently) and I always noticed that my neighbors almost always had it going. Not my cup of tea, but one of the weekend mornings, while I was headed away from the laundry room and I heard this action going, so I busted out my smart phone and pulled this one. Sounded pretty good.. I guess their capillaries haven't hardened yet and can still get it going
