Orphaned attachments often are a result of impatience ... when you do not wait for the green tick to appear instead of the upload process bar before you press "submit". Technical problems with your connection to the internet or the server may cause this too.

Did you start another trial this afternoon? No. 16, 19 and 20 reappeared as orphaned attachments.

Converted these to MP3 for those that need/prefer that format.
