New building, new neighbors

I'm a new member, signed up a couple of weeks ago and didn't really think I'd upload something of my own as I didn't have any.
I recently moved to a new building in a new city, it's the kind where there's an inner yard and you can see into your neighbors flats and hear a lot of noise of people arguing. Nothing interesting most of the time though and mostly annoying. In the summer I was always surprised that I didn't hear more as it's quite a lot of flats and it's nice and calm summer nights. Best conditions.
Yesterday while working on my computer at night, around 1am I suddenly heard some moaning. At first I wasn't sure if it was just some other noise that sounded like it for a moment but soon I realized that someone is having a good time. I only managed to get a short clip by using my phone at the window but it still sounds pretty okay. I attached both files, the wav file is an edited one, I tried to filter out the static noise a bit and remove a crackling noise at the beginning, be careful if you play the m4a at a high volume as it's not edited.
I'll keep my window open more often now.
Enjoy.
I'll update this thread when I get new recordings
