ulisten - new feature!

I´m fooling around with a new script that I checked for some time. The basic idea is to integrate a collection of those youtube clips that have become quite popular in our community.
If you find a new neighborsex or motel sex clip, you can now submit the link not only here but also at:
http://yeppie.org/ulisten/index.php
It is just copy & paste and you´re done.
Right now I still have to approve the clips but there should be a user system coming soon.
I´m not sure if we´ll keep this feature but I wanted to give it a try. Please let me know what you think about it.

I have already filled ulisten with some examples that are known from the community. There are two categories, >neighbors< and >motel< plus one (>other<) if you think your clip doesn´t fit into those two but should be included nevertheless.

Doron,
nothing easier than that:
choose "submit" from the upper menu, paste the youtube url into the box and click on "submit media".
the script fetches the video from youtube and displays all information. all you have to do now is decide to which category (neighbors, motel, other) your clip belongs. no need to change any other information - if you like to you may add your username to the description (like "submitted by doron").
after a final click on "submit" your done.
the clip won´t show until i approved the clip - i can´t change that but the next version will come with a user management so some users may submit without my approval.

i see...
but if the ulisitn is just a tool to fatch files from youtube, then whenever youtube desides to delet a file it will be unreachble from ulisten. right?
you allready have a system to handel files and archives, why not expend it to keep videos?

well, Doron, good idea, that´s exactly what i was thinking about.
what i´m doing now:
whenever there´s a new youtube clip linked here or at ulisten, i download the flv and reencode it to mp3 - which gets uploaded in the community.
i haven´t yet decided what to do with the video. as this is an audio focussed community, i do prefer to have the audio file in the archives. in most cases the videos from youtube showing neighbor or motel sex aren´t worth being seen as the only content they have is the audio recorded. nevertheless i tend to think about keeping the video too.
why not have a poll about this? let me see your preferences and i´m going to do what the majority asks me to do. well, i might ...
-> poll:

i totly desagree yeppie.
yes, it is a sound loving site. but i think we all enjoy the total experience of the video. first of all, it adds proofe of the autentisity of the sound. i think we all enjoy a sound more if we are sure it is real. second, the site is part of the experience. what is more fun to you? to hear a couple canodeling in the nect appartemnt? or listen to a mp3 recording of them? if your answer is the first, the video is step closer.
pleas vote pepole, we only have 3 votes up to now (me and yeppie included!)

i disagree that we totally disagree, doron.
i didn´t say that i don´t want the videos - i asked everybody to decide because i´m not sure which solution would be the better one. i even said that i kept the video clips of the latest youtube contributions for this reason alone.
all i said that this is a sound focussed site and this focus alone makes it special against thousands of video oriented sites on the net. so consistently, the policy of this site has been audio first, and it will be audio first in future.
and btw, i didn´t vote so far.
and yes, everybody please vote!

I voted to keep videos as well as sounds. Like Doron says, the helps in the authenticity of "real" sounds.
