can anyone edit this? is it beyond repair? i dont know how to reduce the noise and turn the volume up without it sounding shit.

3gp isn´t the most workable file format for editing, I wonder that there are still phones to save recordings this way

Wow, I equalized the living daylights out of it and I cranked the volume way up..... still couldn't hear a thing.
