I tried to clear a little your blond neigbohr. I used some filters (low pass+boost low frequencies+amplify louder) with WavePad Master's Edition. I hope you approve the final result!

While I certainly appreciate the editors' efforts, I don't think they made the file any better! Usually, when I have a file like this (as most of my own ever were), I just crank the midrange and treble on whatever player I'm using and that makes it sound as good as it's liable to...and this one was WONDERFUL! 
She makes nice noises. Is she a neighbour, or just some girl in an apt. building you haunt? Do you know her? Is this the only time you've 'caught her?

Your'e right, on such files it's the treble and noise together that makes it
hard to hear. It's almost impossible to repair such files. Instead a equalizer
is better for everyone to make invidual settings.

Thanks for the positive response...
She'd not a neighbor but the apartment complex is on one of my regular running routes... and I had tried to stop in every once in a while.
I'm in the "real world with all it's imperfections" camp on these -- they aren't perfect - but they aren't the dubbed soundtrack to some porn flick either... what they lack in technical merit, they make up for in charm - Apartment girl is real - it's real sex and that's good - even if it's not a real good recording.
