after some time without registration I managed to have something, unfortunately I have no description of the couple, they are French and I think mid-thirties, they stayed 2 days in the same hotel so I could do 2 records, the 2nd is shorter because I missed the beginning ...
the first record is with my smartphone and the second with my usb recorder.

no, the usb recorder was on the floor and the phone was above the door latch

It's not "poutain", it's "Putain", it's like "Damn". It comes from the word "Putain", which means "Hooker".

Thanks! That was the Greek part of my brain typing - the word "poutana" being a Greek word for "prostitute" (there are a few others, as you'd expect).

Yes it is ! It's usually used as a french oath to exclaim something or to punctuate a sentence. It's like "Oh my god" if you prefer.
