It does seem very quiet! My wife and I will be staying at hotel this weekend. I know we will be making some noise and I sure hope to hear others and maybe catch a recording...

Maybe it's the 'calm before the storm'? Actually, we've got stormy weather in the UK right
now, and it's messing up my chances of grabbing any decent outdoor sounds. I would have
liked to try a hotel on Friday but I'm working late - shit!

Just checked in for work trip in Bay area. Since trip takes me East for another leg, I will get to spend Friday and Saturday nights here.

Wednesday, Hump Day but no humping... Did a couple of casual walk throughs.

Tonight I still need sleep for a 1/2 day at our home office, but will also be a bit more vigilant. Looking out for couples doing the deed in the event they have to be separated for the weekend.

Also wondering how much action there might be tomorrow afternoon as opposed to evening? My first Valentine's up here...

Update...

Definitely going to keep alert tonight. Went out to lunch with two of my reps - straight, good looking ladies in their early 30s. And both were discussing their Valentine's plans for tonight!

Asked what about tomorrow night - both replied VDay here in SF sucks. Fixed overpriced menus, crowds, grouchy servers. So a lot of couples go out the night before or after.

So what I thought would be intense one night with maybe some spillover to Saturday night is looking like a strong possibility of a 3-night hunt... Or as mentioned here earlier... Sound festival in the truest sense!

Tonight, Saturday after Valentines.

Had a very bad capture. Nice looking couple and nice sounding, and next door to my room! Problem, they jacked up music on either a phone or a cheap radio which rendered my attempt un-listenable.
Sometimes though I have heard couples go at it initially with background, then will wake up later for another round without bothering to turn on anything. Hope this is the case, Planted a few others where voices sound promising.
One couple I have high hopes on. Hotel has an exposed carpeted staircase all the way from top to bottom and then a more primitive steel staircase at the other end of the building. So came down that one and approaching the main staircase, I saw a gorgeous couple filling up their water bottles near the main stairs and elevator - Both small/medium frame and athletic, and young - 23 at outside. Girl is blond with shoulder length hair - angelic face, dark windbreaker and tight fitting faded jeans. Guy is same age but looks like either young executive or commissioned military with glasses.
I pretended to ignore them and proceed downstairs like having a workout, but stopped out of sight where the stairs turn between floors. When I heard them walking away, I came back up and made my way to their corridor. Planted a USB but going back every 15 minutes to see if I can witness anything..

I think tonight may actually be better than last night!

Another walkthrough - nothing from cute couple yet; heard sounds from floor below and raced down to witness, but they had done' no worries - already had USB in that area so everything captured.

However, two floors down, I was able to witness a very spectacular coupling. Nothing super loud - just very vocal and expressive - and LOTS of kissing throughout! So seems like a true Valentines coupling! Have it on one of my handhelds and have another corridor device in the area.

Turning in now; almost 4AM. Caught one more decent long make-out to finish in person! Saturday night was the true Valentines here. Definitely have to come here again next year. Best evening I've had in a long time.

I want to hear both of them. Hope you add in the descriptions of these two passionate couples

Judging just by friends and co-workers Facebook posts, Saturday was definitely the night for Valentines rather than the Friday. Happy hunting to all those that were out there searching
