New couple up the road

I moved to a sleepy village from Bham 2 years ago and as expected I have not been able to get any worthwhile open window recordings since. Not that I haven't tried, but...
There is this old cottage a stonethrow from my house that has been converted and extended over the past year or so, they finally moved in last month. The missus said it's a family whose children go to the same school as ours.
But when I walked by on Thursday I saw a very attractive and slim blonde in the door-opening waving goodbye to 2 female friends (also damn nice) who were just driving off in their soft top/cabrio/convertible. I don't think this lady has any children yet, but she does have a male partner. I was well chuffed and hopeful. And rightly so..
Thursday was a hot day here in the UK (sadly this weekend has been cold and windy so not been able to try again since), so that same evening around 23.00 I went round and planted a recorder as close to the open window as I could. Although it is really quite risky to be sneaking up to their house (although I hardly know anyone personally around here, they all seem to know of my existence), I thought it's worth the risk and luckily their house is the only one on the road you can get fairly close to without having to actually walk onto a 10m long private drive.
25 mins later this happened.. There is even some "Fuck me" in there at some point
