i am not sure if this the right place to post.
the question is that i have got the suscription to the get access to the files store, but it not let me get it. It is like "expired" my nick and password.

Hey apan,

I searched CCBill´s database for paid subscriptions and my own notes for manual adds back to 2010 and couldn´t find an archive member "apan" in any of them. Do you remember the time when subsrciption began or if you used a different username?
