Upstairs neighbors, semi sucess?

So, been here for a year and my neighbors are always at it above me. I can hear the bed squeak all the time, but thats it. The apartments are newly built and they are freaking sound proof. I can hear anything they do. I've tried everything.

I bought this and I still can't pick up their sounds. At this point I thought maybe they aren't having sex and it's some other noise, but I kept trying.
Finally, I put pizo mic from above link in my closet facing their room. So their closet is right above me and it faces their room and I think I picked up some sounds. My laptop is at repair shop so I can't edit anything at the moment.
So here are the raw files if anyone wants to have a go at cleaning it up.. The recordings are made from the thick pizzo type mic above plugged into my zoom h1n.

(the clear human noises are my roomates making noise in their sleep. The faint moans is the person above
Today was the best recording I got from them. I was listening on headphones while recording and I could hear her moaning faintly. There might be a tv noise too, it's hard to tell if it's her or thee tv. Also, if anyone wants to recommend better things to try? I've tried putting the mic in smoke alarm, I've tried it in the vent, windows, etc and I still can't pick up much.. Mainly because there is so much ambient noise, I'm assuiming the ambient noise is coming from AC, fans etc. I try to shut off everything in my room, but still there is so much ambient noise that over powers and I can't figure out where it's coming from. So I'm assuming its from above or the bathroom that is connected to my room. Either way, it seems impossible to catch them and I don't really like walking around the apartments to maybe hear from outside. My room is the best shot I got, and I can't figure out what would be best.
all help would be welcomed as they go at it quite a bit and for hours. Idk how they have so much stamina, but they literally go at it for an hour, take a break and back again on some nights. I would love to catch clearer sound...
