Outside apartment complex

I picked up some recordings from outside an apartment complex on my walk last night. Again there is a lot of background noise and the actual sounds are faint. I think this complex has some very good potential for better sounds. I always make it a point to listen when I walk by. Not really any description of this couple yet. I couldn’t even figure out for sure which apartment it was
coming from. Again, if anyone wants to doctor the sounds, be my guest.

Could you make out the sounds at a couple points?

I listened a fee times but couldn’t find anything which sounded like that. Didn’t use earphones though, perhaps I should give it a shot
