A few things from my archives to tide you over while hotels are still dead in California. I feel like a trip to Cancun or Florida..

2015: The first two were actually my very first decent quality recordings captured with my Nokia 808 PureView. Was on a work trip to Virginia Beach. A young couple was next door with an adjoining door. They were a bit shy, until I played one of the clearer recordings from here and bounced around on my bed. Did the trick.
Saw them leave the next day. Both white, early '20s. Guy looked military, girlfriend was tall, beautiful brunette. Carrying a huge bouquet..

2016 - scheduled a trip back to the same city, same hotel, and even secured the same room. Unfortunately, that year.. on Valentines Night.. the entire hotel was rented out for the Shriners convention and except for me, was populated by 80+ year olds

2017:
Captured in Downtown Los Angeles the weekend after Valentines Day..

And ON Valentines Day during a business trip to Dallas.. stayed in a loft style hotel.

Mid- January 2019 had an especially nasty episode with hotel security in Santa Maria of all places. Small-town cop syndrome. So took a hiatus that year's Valentines...

And finally..

San Francisco .. Valentines Day 2020 literally 1 day before the Stay at Home slammed the city down...
