This is my first post, so I am not sure how much detail is needed. I was woken up to the sounds of the couple in the flat below me. I only managed to catch the last couple of minutes.
Details:

English lesbian couple. I would say probably mid to late 20s. They are friendly girls. Definitely the party type. Lots of visitors. Lots of arguing/swearing. Lots of drinking/weed.

I am not sure if descriptions are required but, I guess more detail is best:

The first generally dresses casual/sporty. Lots of tracksuits/hoodies/trainers. Bobbed, dark hair. Athletic build. Average height for a girl.

The other girl has long blonde hair (normally tied back in a ponytail). She is tall and quite slender. She generally wears jeans, crop tops, flip flops. Sun dresses during summer. She has a thing for ankle chains/toe rings. Probably best described as a bit of a hippie look.

Sessions normally last 30-40 minutes. They seem to have a lot of stamina. More often than not, it sounds like they come together.

Headphones are the best bet. I don’t think my iPhone has the best audio recording. They are extremely loud in real life. I normally get woken up at least once a week. 1-2 am seems to be their preferred time.

About 16 seconds “oh good god(?).”
About 20 “I’m going to come(?).”
About 51 seconds - “keep going.”

I’ll try to get more if there is any interest. Any feedback would be appreciated.

No, unfortunately. It is a converted house, so there are four flats. An OAP lives in the flat adjoining mine and I have never met the owner of the below adjoining flat. If anything happens, I don’t hear it...

Reminds me of a lesbian pub which existed very close to where I lived nearly 20 years ago.
It sounded like a rowdy place whenever I walked past it on some nights. It was on the corner
of a main road and a residential side road. On the other corner, there was a Turkish-owned
mini supermarket, where I used to buy a few things. I was in there one night, on a weekend,
and a few lez ladies came in to buy cigarettes and other things. One of them was a
tallish ethnic Indian woman wearing glittering, dark-coloured hotpants shorts, despite the
cold weather. (The facial expression of the guy working on the till made me smile. )
Made me wonder what was going on inside that pub - especially inside the toilets, or in some of
the darkened areas of the pub!

I did a 192 kbps conversion.

I will certainly try... Just a matter of time, I guess. It has been a week since I heard anything, so I don’t think it will be a long wait.

They certainly seem to have more fun than I do! The partying is pretty constant.

Does the conversion improve the sound quality at all? I don't have the best equipment, unfortunately. I suppose I could always dangle my phone on a rope down to their window (joke)...

I convert it to an mp3 file which has the same (or nearly the same) audio bit rate as the movie file.
In this case, the audio bit rate of your movie was 195 kbps, so I selected a 192 kbps bit rate for the audio file.

I could have also chosen a higher (224 kbps) bit rate to obtain a larger file, but the extra file size
may not make much difference in quality, since it exceeds the bit rate of your original file. See the new file.
