I understand what you mean with having to download and use another platform, but I can tell you that already 100+ other people have found a way to use Telegram for me to share SFW photos with them, and none of them were disappointed.

That sounds obvious ... don´t do that. Same with the chat messages, I assume they have been asked before sharing what they wrote with everybody.
