I sadly haven’t heard anything from them since recording that file.

Thankfully we have a few weeks of summer and open windows ahead of us and no planned vacations for me. I aim to be on the hunt for any sounds of interest coming from them.

I’m still of the opinion that these delightful, heavenly sounds came not from the actual neighbours but from relatives or friends to whom the apartment was lent.

My educated guess would be on their son which would be good news I think.

In any case, I purchased a dedicated Tascam recorder for better sound quality and to give me the opportunity to record from two different vantage points.

I still think however that some of our resident audio wizards could further improve the file by way of some subtle editing. The conversation especially could be clearer, I could then try to provide a transcription of it.

I trimmed the file a little for it to make more loop-able. Also cut some noise coming from me.
Didn’t do any EQ’ing.

You know what, I think that one of the girls talks about some sort of stain in the recording and how “it always happens” or something like that.

I wish I could clean the recording to get a nice transcription.

Still, never in my life have I ever come across such shameless people.

Even their post-sex conversation was loud as hell. I wasn’t looking at that time but I’m pretty sure that one of the couples stood by the window closest to mine when they talk about how much fun “the neighbours” must’ve had.

My money is still on a relative of theirs. They’ve been quiet as mouses lately, which just doesn’t sit right with what happened.
