I would like to point that the couple on that capture is spanish. The russians are a group of 3 located in the adjacent room. If that room was quiet, I'm sure the couple would have been more active and louder.
There is one part of that capture that the girl from the couple said "estoy fatal". In spanish, when a girl says that during the action, is because she is really horny.
