As per my usual recordings, a little context here. This was recently from my local spot. I was walking hom from work and passed the 'dark car park' along the seafront. The car park is on the outskirts of town with no lighting and requent with people using it for hooks up, drugs or eating fast food. Anyway, as I was walking back I noticed an estate sized car with its lights on parked very close to the path.
