Hello, I made a one-time purchase of €35 which was debited from my account, but I received an email mentioning an AVS problem and I can't access my records. Could you please help me? Could you please contact me to resolve this issue? Thank you.
I'm giving you the transaction reference. Thanks again in advance.

Your payment was denied by your credit card company for an avs mismatch.
An AVS (Adress Verification Service) mismatch occurs when the billing information entered during an online transaction does not match the data on file with the cardholder´s bank. This can be caused by a typo.
The money will not be deducted from your account as there is no subscription. You can change this by trying again and entering the correct data.
