In the past I have worked with sounds a lot, including live gigs and creating soundscapes and sound fx. To be honest though, I had sort of forgotten all about sound until I recently had to record something for a theatre project. I had even forgotten I owned a great Sony MiniDisc recorder and decent quality microphone. They took some finding, but I found them and did the recording. I also downloaded the updated Sony software.
Having done so, I started to think about recordings I made in the past, on cassette, DAT, VHS and MiniDisc, without people realising they were being recorded. Mostly girls alone. I have lost a lot, but found some interesting stuff that I will sort out and post in the future. It's going to take a while, as I'm a bit busy, but I will get round to it. It's nothing too spectacular, but is all genuine and has never been posted before.
In the meantime I want to mention some of the equipment I have used and what I still have. Also the methods I used. Where is the best place in the forum to do this? As well as that it's made me think about looking for opportunities again, so is there a good place in the forum to get suggestions?
Thanks for reading this and hope it's not too long and rambling.

The Sexsoundlovers FAQ section is the place for you, especially the know-how, hardware and places subforums. In the meantime I want to mention some of the equipment I have used and what I still have. Re: Hello and a question!
I know some stuff about converting, digitizing/copying, but aren't an expert. If I can help with any opinions I'll be happy to do so, but will always be honest if I haven't a clue!mjj9994 wrote:Im with ya on old media material emmpet.. i have some stuff on VHS-c, super8, DVR hard drives, etc, etc that i need to all convert/digitize/copy.
