Convert it to 16 kbit/sec and 1 channel.
This helps a lot.
And you may cut it into two or three parts.
The cut should be in a quiet section.

convert the 200Mb file from wav to mp3 and after that use 7zip to split and upload it. 16MB is the maximum for one file.

Alright, a busy schedule has kept me from uploading these additional files, but here goes. This one was recorded in Finland. I was there for two nights, and was able to get out and roam the halls. As I was walking down the hall, this couple got off of the elevator and headed to their room. They were a very attractive younger (mid 20's) couple. I was able to see which room they went into which is a big help. I gave them some time to get settled then went back and listened. It took about an hour but they finally got started. It was a rather short session, so maybe I missed a portion at the beginning due to them being so quiet. Anyway, Enjoy!

Here is the largest file from that week. This was recorded at the same hotel as the first recordings I posted in this topic, only it was one week earlier. Mid 30s couple, she was a little heavier, but still sounds nice. Unfortunately, the original sound quality is gone due to converting to an mp3 I think... Anyway, he took a bathroom break 28 minutes in, so it was a great place to cut. This file is up to the bathroom break.
