file comparison and internet search

i have found this thing called "tinyeye", or something like that. you upload a picture and it will search the net and list all the places where it finds that exact picture including different sizes and qualities.

is there a piece of software that can do this with sound files.
i ask this because i was listening to the "doggingdoorman" files on hotsounds100 and i think that he voice overed some of those sounds. i heard a sound of an american woman and faint american mans voice with this english voice over the top. the english voice sounds out of place. this has happened in a number of his sounds.

i would like to find the origins of some of those sounds.

any help would be great!
i looked at picard and audiochecker, those wont work.

It would be very welcome if anybody knew of such a tool. I don´t unfortunately.
