help with cleaning up sounds

I have opened this topic in "talking about sounds".
I have moved it here.
I am not to good at using audacity I was wondering if any one wanted to try and clean these files up a bit. they seem to fade in and out a bit and the noise is a little irritating.

I got these files from hotsounds100, if any one wants to try and clean them up that would be great

The filenames look familiar, I want to say these may be in the archives here already (original versions though, not 'cleaned up')

yes these are in the archives.
I was wondering if they could be cleaned up in any way. there is a lot of noise and fading in and out.
