Caught this recently. In a nearby condo complex that I pass through from time to time, but have never caught sounds from. So that's nice. Used my recorder rather than my phone. Think the quality suffers for that. Beware the loud placement of the recorder at the beginning, the moving of the recorder from a very visible spot to a less visible one around 13 minutes, and removing the recorder at the end. Downstairs unit, looks like multiple rooms, one of which was just cleared out. Guess that gave the remaining people the courage to get a little loud. Nice and clear and good section from 3:30-6:00 or so. Then not much until 18 and on. However, not as clear, and I'm not sure if it's because I moved the recorder (only slightly away from directly in front of the window) or because the couple was trying to be quiet for the kids, who started calling out, "Mommy!" shortly after they were done.
Anyway, I imagine this would sound better with the loud placement sounds and the ambient noise removed. Have at it, somebody.

Thanks for this! Have you ever seen or heard of that one interracial couple again, that was labeled late night loudness?

Nope. I wonder if it was a fluke, because they have kids and the kids would have definitely woke up from all that noise. I keep an ear out, and they're generally up pretty late, but haven't heard anything.

Agreed, yeah! Wish I had got more clear stuff from 18 onwards. But oh well. I can try again. Weird that they were so loud and all the nearby units have their front doors and windows open because it's been hot out. That's why I was a little nervous about the placement.

Great capture, these are my favorite types of files, where they try to keep quiet on account of the kids or roommates but its just too good to not make noise, those kinds of situations are much more erotic than uninhibited screaming and hollering.
It would be great if you could indeed capture more of this couple, or give us a description of the chick, she sure sounds nice, but thanks a lot for this one, 2 thumbs up for a job well done.
