Unfortunately, I cannot identify too much, maybe because of the noise of the shower... but you are right, might be some pleasure with the shower head, obviously a well known method for women to get their sexual relief...

I think nothing much is going on in this one. The water sounds are all over the place, meaning she is not focusing the shower on one area of her body. If she was, the sounds of the water would be fairly steady, with small variations. Just my .02.
