I met her on the same evening in the entrance hall when I came back from work, she was just rushing out from the house and smiled at me. I was talking on the cell phone, otherwise I would have approached her and asked her if she was my new neighbour;-) She lives now more than 6 months here but since we have a totally different daily routine, me as working guy and she as a student, we haven't had the chance to talk to each other.

Her look was curious and playful, I should also mention that I am the only neighbour close her age and the others are never to be seen. Another advantage I have is that girls around 20 do like to have older boyfriends (around 30) for prestige and because they are more "mature". So with my age I pefectly fit in that scheme...I am in the game....

so just to clarify this is her flat in whcih she has been moaning, or does her boyfriend own it and she just comes over sometimes?
as least she has smiled at you and knows who you are. if she sat next to you on the bus this confirms it.
i think i) she is waiting for you to make a move, ii) that you should go and knock on her door and ask for some sugar. it's lame, we all know it, but she will like that you made a move. then next time i guarantee she will come knocking on your door one night and one thing will lead to another.
iii) i think she senses you have heard her. moaning girls know they are noisy.
i am so certain this will play out i will make a gentleman's bet with you on it. i know you will armed and prpepared for the unexpected.....

I wish so much to post a picture of her to show you how hot she is but I am not allowed by the admin for privacy reasons.

by the way, today I was travelling with the elevator and as I crossed her floor, I saw her waiting there with some girlfriend. It lasted only seconds as the elevator passed by but she recognized me (the eleavtor has a glass wand). She was not just standing there but she turned her head to peek inside and it appeared she wanted to look if anybody else was in the elevator. I am pretty sure she wants to know if I am alone in the elavator eg. if I a am single. They were both dressed drop dead gorgeous, probably going for a downtown saturday afternoon shopping tour.

Jeremy, you are right that I have to make the next move, I have to be careful when ringing at her door because she has this 24 year old boyfriend. Reagrding you question, its her apartement and this guy only visits her.

I think this elevator scene too confirms it and i agree your reading is correct. put it this way, it would be mutually convenient, and if you both find eachother attractive etc than i'll help arrange your stag do!

i think even if he is there it doesn't matter. to him you are just a neighbour who forgot to do his shopping. to her, even if you don't speak, it sends a powerful signal and confirms to her your interest. i am wishing you good fortune. maybe pick a weekday monday? night she you maximise the chance of her being alone.

And the other aspect is: who knows whether they are really a couple, Ms Huber and the 24 years old guy... might be an on-off relationship, and maybe she is actually looking for someone else... I think, audio your chances are not too bad if she likes and smiles at you...
