A Couple of Decent Scraps - Post Valentines Saturday

Thank God I came here Friday.

Worked hard to get these - no idea why things weren't popping more. Did walk arounds every 20 -30 minutes from 11PM on; you'd think I'd have run across more.

Couple 1 - Live Under Door.
Unfortunately walls here are barren so no possible hiding spots - and room is midway down large corridor out of range of nearest concealment - otherwise sure I would have been able to get some more here.. Best recording of the evening.

Thanks all - I do try. Still - sometimes it's sheer luck getting in ears' reach of this stuff even with regular walkarounds - so hidden captures are still better than nothing. Just crossing my fingers they make improvements to the USB tech. I'd love a magnetic or temp sticky dot that just looked like a piece of tape. Or a flying mic drone no bigger than a a mosquito that could actually crawl under doorcracks.. The possibilities...

Try clear Very High Bonding Tape (acrylic) in clear. Strong as hell so use with moderation, no marks when peeled (unless you take off a wall paper or plaster ) sticks to everything. Found that 3M seems to be best.
Some recorders do have magnet but can't trust it - too small. Check Russian EDIC and combine it with micro RC car or toy.... after you win lottery...

Holding off on the EDIC for now.

Just got two more white USB recorders delivered and your 3M VHB Acrylic via Amazon - LOVE it! The Velcro was a pain because the backing tape was hard as hell to remove; this stuff though - it comes right off and then no problem removing tape from the device.

Great find! Can't wait to try out soon..
