How do I upload?

I have about ten files or so I'd like to upload. I'm unsure how to do this. I have files from my ios device. I suspect the files will simply play themselves once I upload them, but where is the upload button so I can give you my files?

Pick the relevant section and start a new thread. There is an option to upload files so select your files and upload.
