Yeh its because the phone signals chops the waves..thats why. Phones dont record soo good due to that signal interference..but uve definately struck gold

This may happen again. Depending on your phone, sometimes the quality of the mic can be great, sometimes it is bad. Newer high end phones have a better mic from what I have seen.

Hope this happens again and you post a better one with a high quality and a full session!

edit: i just realised. You need to test your phone recording settings. Your phone recorder is set to record at 3gp which is as compressed as it gets. I hope there is a setting for a higher quality.

There is also the possibility that your recording settings were activated through voice which only pics up noise above a certain frequency.

me too Thanks for the catch, definitely a sweet recording. To me it sounds in addition like some voice activation switched on because of the breaks. But it`s always a challenge and luck to get it perfect...

When I record using my phone I put it into Flight mode first. This gives a clearer Rec and also ensures you're not interrupted by a noisy phone call.

Listening to the fragments which are still hearable, all is perfect: the girl, the action, the position of the mic... except quality. Great disappointment indeed. At least you were able to listen that live. For me it sounds like trying to listen the high-bitrated recording on the very old computer with a great lack of memory:)
Hope you will be able to record them again, thanks for the effort anyway. And, yes, I'm also interested in trhe description of the couple!
