This is my male neighbour Schuster who is around 30 years old and decent looking. This morning he brought back an one-night-stand. Since his bedroom is on the other side of the Apartment and he Closes the door, you can hear only muffled moans of her. I hope he forgets one time to close the doors or relocates his bedroom to another room. I hope I can get better recordings in the future.

just a quick update: He moved away and the apartemnt ist now being refurbished and I hope I will have soon an attractive Girl/couple as neighbour.
