Thursday evening in a Hotel in Saxony, Germany. Recorded from outside the their door. No description of the couple. I think it's oral/manual first; the loud part in the middle is quite unambiguous.

I agree about them maybe being French. But the "vibrator" was a shaving machine from someone next door, I think.
