So spent the entire weekend in the usual place. Got some good sounds but the weekend was a bit of a bummer all the same:

1) Not as banging as I thought it would be. Timing was off too. Couple B sounded great, and I should have planted the tab right when they went into the room. I waited 1/2 hour. Fatal. Caught the end of what was their only session!

2) Recently read an article about couples not having sex on the wedding night due to the stresses of the day - and this came true. Rode the elevator and tracked a bride and groom to their room. Both in their twenties, kissed a long time in front of their door and he carried her in. Thought I had the jackpot - and would have been my first ever wedding night recording. And She was beautiful - tall, scandinavian natural blond, pretty face. Scoured the USB and they kissed, went to bed, and watched videos of the wedding and the reception - fell asleep. Woke up, showered and left the room.

Lastly) Took a risk and left USBs in place into early afternoon to try to get late AM/Noon Sex. Underestimated the careful eye of the housekeeping supervisors! Apparently they spotted one and swept through the rest of the place. So have to wait for my next quarterly bonus to replenish the losses. I feel bad. The capture doesn't fall under the Geneva Convention, and knowing the barbarism of the security/housekeeping staff, they have little hope of survival. It was a big loss - will take me about $400 to replace. Also going to stay away a few months now until they are off guard again and use the time to check out long neglected venues. Beach hotels, cheap motels in Hollywood where very young couples go for their frisking around. Plus the Queen Mary that has a long history of sex noise complaints - every time I thought of these I still diverted to my other place as it was always consistent.

Already found a place in Palm Springs - which I avoided as the gay community is huge there. However, this resort has families, singles, gays and young newlyweds - and the beauty and setting of the place creates a beautiful sexual energy I can't wait to tap into. Stayed last night for work, but after the two nights and stress over my poor USB units and the 100 mile drive, I opted for a long swim and full 8 hours sleep. But I will return. .

Couple B:

Loved these two the best. I'm so used to couples wasting 1-2 hours after going into the room, I waited 30 minutes - and came across the last part of what was their only coupling that night. Both mid twenties - either Latin or Arabic. He was clean shaven, bald - kind of a Telly Savalas look - he had the look for the shaved head (most don't).
She was a doll! 5ft high, pretty face, short black hair curled inside at the bottom, and wearing bright royal blue pajama type silk pants..

They went a long time. I hit pause a few times due to interruptions, but stayed until the end. This was the first of my USBs lost the first night. If only I had collected the rest at the usual time the next day..

Yeah, but it wasn't them.The arrests and captures all took place while I was at brunch Sunday - about 1130AM when floor supervisors are doing their inspections after housekeeping, and way before security.
That...or maybe it was someone here who knows my secrets cleaned me out - my guess would be Physicist

4 bills worth of stuff lost to housekeeping? Man. What did you loose one of your Olympus recorders? Yikes. I agree , probably best to stay away for a bit, or perhaps to go there once and not record anything. I wonder if they wold check the guest log when they spot something and see if they can find the "common" people. Staying there once and not recording might throw that for a loop.

Anyway, I am very sorry to here of your losses, but very thankful you are so dedicated and you got some wonderful recordings.
