Dear Elders,
I would like to apply for an active membership and, hence, an access to the file archives. While having been a member of this forum for a long time I have just recently had the opportunity to record an interesting catch. I will, however, continue to do so whenever I will have the chance.

The Elders have finished their discussion. You might have guessed it from the "how to access the archive" message: free archive access is for active members only and there is a threshold for what we see as active. 10 years of visiting without a single contribution is below that threshold, obviously.

Having files to upload is VERY helpful in getting archive access. Though not totally necessary. If you have not uploaded a bunch of files, you are expected to be active, friendly, and helpful in the message areas on a regular basis.
Please stay with us, become a real part of the community, upload your recordings whenever you got some and keep in touch.
