First Catch - Coastal Georgia Couple

I travel quite a bit for work, and while I have heard noises on very rare occasion this is the first time that I came prepared with a recorder. Normally when I travel it is during the week and most people in the hotels that I stay at are business travelers. I realize that the weekends would definitely be better for this hobby, but I ain't got that kind of money.

Anyway, i was staying at a hotel in Coastal Georgia for work last week. While this area does get quite a bit of tourists, i have noticed that the tourists are usually families or retirees who never do the dirty deed. This time however I was awoken at 1:00 AM by a couple who stormed into the room next to mine with quite a bit of noise. They were obviously drunk. I was kind of pissed, but stopped and put my trusty ear to the wall and discovered that they were being flirty with each other. In no time I heard the unmistakable sounds of fucking. Note that the first file from the first night isn't the greatest. I recommend listening from Minute 7-15. I later figured out a better place to put the recorder. I also cut off the air conditioning and fridge for nights two and three during which they repeated their 1:00 AM drunken romp every night.

I don't know this for fact, but I'm going to assume they were newlyweds....Who else fucks every night for three nights? I caught a quick glimpse of them in the hallway one morning. The female is brunette about 5' 9" and thick and curvy. The husband is about 250 Lbs, 6' 1" with goatee. Both in their 20's i suppose. When they left after the morning of the third recording they had lots of overpacked luggage (which seemed like a newlywed move) and the Mrs. was all dolled up in what looked like brand new vacation clothes.

I realize the sound is terrible. I was using an old Sony recorder without USB attachment and I think I'm going to have to invest in some better gear. Please let me know your thoughts on the recordings....and if you have any gear recommendations.

I use VLC Media Player and I adjust the equalizer to knock out a huge portion of the background noise. You make us work for it a bit but these are not bad recordings at all.

Agreed. Considering trying to listen through the wall of a hotel with refrigerators, air conditioners, and water running, TVs on, car traffic outside and foot traffic inside, it's a damn good realistic capture in one of the most pain in the ass hobbies on earth (which the payoff makes it worth it)

This is worth listening to. The interference makes it very realistic.
