Three Miscellaneous Sounds Over November

Been a dry dry month. The Seattle couple was from October - already posted but this was my fancy Olympus - got to use it a couple of minutes until having to depart the premises when others were walking in my direction.
Glendale and Sta Barbara were sad cases. Each were the only active couple of the evening - and the timing was awful - getting the tail end of each with my Olympus and then nothing afterwards on USB!

Sta Barbara was a very sad case.

Weekend night; boutique, hip hotel. At least 3 very cute young couples arriving late from dates (I stayed up for them) - and nothing that night or morning after!

The one I did catch was getting some afternoon delight - I was on my way to my room after checkin - abandoned my luggage when I heard this and noone was around. Slapped a USB into the corridor and caught some moments on the Olympus. Thank God for the USB because almost immediately elevator (Lift) opened and a bunch of stupid chatty people started milling into the corridor so I had to abandon. Kept a close eye on this area of the corridor all night, but nothing else..

Plans for NYE and Beyond..

First, a week from now, I will be in San Francisco for a work event. Staying beyond it Fri and Sat night at a scrappy little hotel on the edge of a rough district called the Tenderloin. Had great luck earlier this year - the area being too unhip and dirty for most gays (although I did have a very active gay couple next to me - which I did not record..) But the clubs there attract a good number of young straight couples in the city and the hotel gets a number of these. No cameras, and staff is totally laid back. Sometimes you run into housekeeping, but no roving security guys.

NYE spending in Hollywood - mapped out a very hip hotel. Don't know the camera situation yet, but they market to young couples; they're in the heart of the music portion of the neighborhood, and rooms look very mod and boxy. Black door frames and corridor accents - and corridors are all inside.

Lastly, if I secure a decent bonus, I have identified a cruise ship colleges are fond of using for Spring Break in March. Hope to be able to get a reservation on it. That or might fly to Cancun for a couple of days - or even try some hotels in Florida or Texas to save $$.

Here all the time. I've just toned down the insanity. Can't afford to stay out weekly, and wonderful as it was, attacking the same place the same way - was sheer luck it took them 2 years to catch me or finally care to do so.

Applying better methods LeStanf suggested. Be the guy they don't know and disappear. One hotel one night a month with maybe one additional for a holiday. And scouting my region, I've identified 15 areas I can go to. Given the number of hotels in each place, I could do this for a decade without visiting the same place twice..

It's more of a dice roll, but way safer. Plus, more seem to be contributing now than before, and I'm enjoying hearing their captures.

Hey Gekko you're more than welcome to come to Florida as there is a lot of vacationers here especially in Orlando so you might have a chance of capturing sounds of people making love on their wedding night as it's a hit or miss in Tampa,Florida especially at certain hotels as the ones I've previously stayed at there is no roving Security guards especially at the Marriott or Hilton as they only have camera's towards the entrance but as far as guest hallways there is no camera's or Security Guards roaming the halls after midnight so you might lucky at the hotels in Tampa near The Hard Rock but as far as that goes Just avoid The Seminole hard Rock Hotel and Casino they have camera's near the entrance of the Elevators and both face the left and right directions of the halls and Security does roam the halls as they have like a Paramilitary when it comes to Security Guards so they're always doing their Patrols and writing down things on their clipboard so I do not recommend you try and capture sounds at the Hard Rock even tho that's a hot spot for couples having sex at night..
