There is no chance to increase the quality. Without exposing my self or buying some very expensive recorders (professional spy equipment).

BTW. new one is coming and they might have the door open a bit.

Good quality is not expansive.. Take for example wav instead of other formats. Check recorder apps in store..

thank you for uploading your recordings. Seems like you'd have quite the opportunity there to record some nice sounds

However I agree with gigigi, that the quality could be increased. Both of your MP3s have a somewhat low sample rate and also low bitrate. May I ask what your recording setup is like? Maybe it's just a matter of re-enconding with too low quality settings before uploading?
Don't know how the recording situation is, but usually with an olympus recorder you'd have quite good conditions to capture sounds in good quality. Personally I have the Olympus DM 550, which is an old model but might still be available as a used device from ebay etc.
Newer Olympus DM models or the Olympus LS-P4 for example might be fine too.
