Clean up file 1

I tried to remove the TV noise in the background using Audacity. Haven't had any luck. Any experts out there using Audacity want to give it a try. Thanks.

I don't think it would be possible, unfortunately. Cleaning audio normally works by filtering out certain frequencies but a TV with normal TV programs playing an the human vocal range are basically the same. Filtering out the TV noise would be very destructive to the preferred sounds aswell.
Some improvements might be possible but they wouldn't do much to remove the TV noise, just extraneous wind/engine noises etc.
