Seeing everything happening during captures

It seems that the vast majority of captures that are being posted here lately are coming with extremely detailed descriptions of what's happening, as if everyone recording this stuff has magic X-Ray vision that can see straight through all the doors and walls. Can anyone explain this?

..and whats more the captures seem to start mid way into the action and cease somewhere in the middle. I would much prefer an actual description of the sounds, which all of these new posts seem to be sorely lacking.

This is a very odd phenomenon indeed..and no, i doubt anyone will provide a sensible explanation for why/how.. but they will probably be able to tell you what you look like and were wearing before you typed this. SMH

I can think two things:
- sounds captured from amateur porn clips.
- they using hidden cameras and then captures sounds from these.
