Hi, I sent money via Bank Account International Payment rather than card on 14th May, but have had no confirmation it was received yet. Sorry for posting here but cannot seem to send to Site Admin as I appear to have been disabled due to inactivity or some other reason.

I moved your request to the FAQ section. You have not been disabled but sending pm is only possible for members who have two postings at least to prevent spam. You could have used the contact form but this js also ok.

There has been no payment received on 14th May and I don't see your username or email address in the CCBill database. Although I know that transfers can take longer than usual, I guess, payment did not work at all.
Has the money been transferred from your bank account yet?

Yes the payment left my bank account 14th May. 17.80 GBP, translated as 19.38 EUR

Likelihood would be that it would have hit the respective account a few days later than the 14th
