I have subscribed for access to the archives file but I have not received your confirmation email. I tried to log in but it doesn't work.

The transaction appears on my bank account on August 1 for an amount of 35 € 61.

There is no archive account in the CCBill database for your username or email yet. Which kind of transaction did you choose? Credit card works instantly, other (cheque) transactions may take a few days until the money arrives at CCBill in the US, unfortunately.

I've got the impression that ccbill changed their policies for sepa transactions recently as we have two criminal assholes from Europe who repeatedly ripped me off. Now they seem to be waiting for the money to actually arrive at their bank before they setup a new account. That could be the explanation for sepa transfers to take a few days.

I can´t say if 5 days is longer than usual but I understand your impression. I am not the recepient of your Sepa transfer and I can check only by looking at the ccbill membership database. All I can see is that there still is no account for statman_83.

As ccbill does all transactions for the website, please contact their customer support:

They are very reliable and friendly usually so I think they can answer your questions.
