The next door neighbours were a family with 2 kids - a boy and a girl. They grew up, left home and went to college. We put up with arguments, parties over the summer etc etc etc - usual family life.
Eventually both left home, the mother retired, bought a second home and stayed away a lot as they were renovating it.
They got a lodger, and I bought a tascam mic to record some interesting activities though an open rear window - nothing much got recorded though
Then the daughter then moved back in, with her boyfriend over the following winter, and the lodger moved out
. Things picked up significantly, and I bought a wall mic. However, it took me a while to refine the recoding, but I suffered from mains hum for some recordings as I was going through batteries like crazy. first capture I got from them. great one as they fuck, then try anal. Sounds like it hurt. We had a lodger at the time who was using the room with the wall mic in it - so there is a little noise in the middle

Then they got another lodger in and things quietened down, and they left before summer appeared with open windows etc.
She's blond, early twenties, slim but with large breasts.
