I live in Switzerland. Forget it! This place is so repressed ist not funny. Stay in a Hotel in France---there you will get action.

That said, Switzerland also has a French part and an Italian part where the better weather really does have the desired effect on couples.

There are plenty of (relatively) cheap hotels in France around Geneva, like Première Classe in Annemasse, or Formule 1 in St Cergues (FR). I haven't tested them though.
